Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers experiencing baggage issues, including delays, damages, or lost items, by filing claims.
  • Handle inbound calls and emails, proactively follow up with customers, and make outbound callbacks.
  • Exercise sound judgment in accordance with company policies to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Identify and resolve issues through structured problem-solving approaches.
  • Maintain high standards of service delivery and efficiency.
  • Adapt to changing work environments and situations.

Qualifications: Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Familiarity with computer applications, including MS Outlook and Office Communicator.
  • Strong communication and listening skills.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to attend a full-time training class within a 24-hour period.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older and legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
  • Successful completion of the interview process and background check.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in BOLT and World Tracer.
  • Strong typing skills.
